Priority Level: ⚡ MEDIUM if you're running ads, 🚫 SKIP if you're not
If you're paying for ads, you need correctly-sized, on-brand creative. Blurry images or wrong dimensions waste your ad spend and look unprofessional.
But here's the thing: don't create ad assets until you're actually running ads. This is a "build when you need it" category.
Facebook/Instagram Ads:
[ ] Feed image (1:1 1440x1440px; 4:5 1440x1800px) - most versatile size - JPG or PNG
Text recommendations: Primary Text 50-150 characters; Headline 27 characters
[ ] Story ad (1080x1920px) - vertical, full-screen
[ ] Carousel ad (1080x1080px per card) - multiple images in one ad

Tip: Start with square (1080x1080px). It works in feed, stories (with minor cropping), and most placements.

Tip: If you're not actively running Google Display ads, skip this entirely. These formats are outdated for most small businesses.
